OpsTalent delivers multilingual customer experience and IT development services globally from Poland, one of the leading outsourcing hubs in Europe. He is originally from Ireland and started in finance but ended up in Poland with his brother who met a Polish girl on a blind date many years ago and moved to Poland shortly after. Ken has over 20 years of experience working in tech and is currently the Head of Growth and Technology for Ops Talent, where they have 500 people and growing.
